3. User Responsibilities & Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting travel preferences. You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers in your group hold valid passports, necessary visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance required for your chosen destinations.

4. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Digital travel proposals and instant itinerary blueprints purchased through our platform are delivered electronically immediately upon authorization. Valid coupon codes (e.g. SAVE20) must be entered at checkout prior to final approval. Due to the immediate delivery of digital materials, fee refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through our customer support team within 14 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, brand assets, software algorithms, layout designs, and generated itinerary blueprints remain the intellectual property of ALGORoam Travels and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to view and download your travel plan for personal travel use.

Itinerary estimates, opening hours, local weather summaries, and price indications are provided for guidance based on current data. Actual availability and final prices may vary. ALGORoam Travels is not liable for schedule changes, flight delays, unforeseen closures, or services provided independently by third-party hotels, airlines, or local excursion operators.
